Shipping Areas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le Bar \u00c0 Loot ships orders to metropolitan France and Europe. We do not currently offer shipping outside Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders can be collected from the shop free of charge. Shipped orders are sent with tracking via La Poste services. In metropolitan France, you can choose delivery to a pickup point or home delivery. For Europe, only tracked home delivery is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For orders containing 5 records or more, a \u20ac2 supplement is added to the shipping fees to cover the additional weight and reinforced packaging. This supplement does not apply to orders eligible for free shipping in metropolitan France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free shipping from \u20ac150 purchase applies only to orders shipped within metropolitan France. It does not apply to deliveries to Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Preparation times may vary depending on product availability, pre-orders, busy periods and opening days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery times indicated by La Poste are provided for information only. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during busy periods, strikes, bad weather or logistical disruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When an order contains a pre-order product, shipment may depend on the availability date provided by the supplier or distributor. If an order contains several items, it may be shipped in one parcel once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Records and fragile items are packed carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the customer by email or can be accessed from the customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered when placing the order is accurate. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional fees or delays may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged Parcel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a parcel is visibly damaged, the customer is invited to make reservations with La Poste where possible, then contact customer service promptly with the order number and photographs of the parcel and affected products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possible Taxes and Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For deliveries in Europe outside France, taxes, customs duties or import fees may be required by local authorities depending on the destination country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
