2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the Le Bar À Loot – Online Shop website by consumer or professional customers. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are mainly vinyl records, music media, gift cards and related items. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs are provided for illustration purposes and may vary slightly depending on pressing, edition or packaging.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes where VAT is applicable. Shipping fees are displayed before final order confirmation. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are charged at the rates in force when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The customer checks the details of the order, shipping address and billing address before confirmation. The order becomes final after payment confirmation. An order confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout, including bank card and/or PayPal depending on available options. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers. The seller does not store full bank card details.
7. Shipping
Shipping terms, areas, indicative delivery times and fees are detailed on the Shipping Terms page. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and busy periods.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, consumer customers generally have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
The customer must notify their withdrawal decision in writing, including by email to lebaraloot@gmail.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and properly protected. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Refunds are made under the conditions provided by applicable regulations, after receipt of the returned products or proof that they have been shipped.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the cases provided by law, including unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, goods made to the customer’s specifications, or digital content supplied under the applicable legal conditions. 10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Outside the right of withdrawal, any request for return, exchange or refund must be sent to customer service. Returned products must be packed sufficiently to avoid any damage during transport.
11. Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
If a product is delivered damaged or does not match the order, the customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible with the order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and product.
12. Legal Guarantees
The customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.
13. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damage or non-performance resulting from force majeure, the customer’s own actions, or the unforeseeable and unavoidable actions of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution.
